Please, only give truthful and accurate answers about yourself.
Only enter a specific study one time.
You are only allowed to have one profile in our panel
You are encouraged to update your profile from time to time
It is not permitted to share your email or link to the study with other people, as this falsifies your profile data

We reserve the right to reject your submission without pay, and in some cases, we might block you from receiving any emails from us in the future:

Rejection Policy: We may reject submissions without pay if they are incomplete, of poor quality, or do not meet our screener requirements.
Blocking Policy: Repeated rule breaches or attempts to scam may result in being blocked from future communications and submissions.
Quality Expectations: Provide thorough, accurate, and thoughtful responses. Skipping questions or submitting low-effort answers is unacceptable.

During Participation

Technical requirements

Here you can find what kind of technical setup you need to record a video.

Devices: Most of our studies can be done on a computer or mobile device (except tablets). Sometimes, you will be required to do them exclusively on a computer or a mobile phone.

Recording: Most studies require you to record your camera, microphone and screen. In some cases you will need to allow your browser to record your camera, screen and microphone, in the general settings of your computer.

What is expected from you?

Here you can find a checklist of requirements for the successful completion of a video.

Please, answer every question, even if some of them might seem repetitive. Evaluate if you might have something else to add or simply summarise your previous point if your answer might be similar.
We value your honest opinion. You are welcome to speak your mind, share all your thoughts, opinions and experiences.
Try to find a quiet place without background noise and anything that could distract from the recording.

Why has my video been rejected?

We reject videos without pay, when:

Not all questions have been answered
We notice that you have given false information about yourself to qualify for the study
You have attempted to enter the same study several times

We will still pay you a reward if we cannot use your video due to technical issues, because you still put in the effort to make a useful submission.

After Participation

Rewards & Giftcards

Rewards will be paid out within 2 weeks after your submission, though normally they will be paid out within 3-5 days.

If you are missing a reward please forward the email to us, that you received to start the study - it has a unique code, which helps us identify which study you participated in.
